The rack slides in the rails with some machined pads that I made. I’ll reach out to the customer for some more pics. Pretty simple build and install. The pads are threaded and can be tightened

The rack pictured is 165.00, that set up with the locks is 215.00 plus the cost of the locks. Locks are Around 30.00 each from the Vlock website

How is everyone securing the vlocks when there is no access for through bolting? I was thinking of just screws and a little 4200. Is that enough or would they likely pull out? The rod holder would be mostly for storage, but I may run 1-2 rods trolling for stripers.

5200.. Just don't expect to get it off easily if you ever want to move it. That's the way I mounted mine, per Palmetto Trooper. Haven't trolled with it but plan to pull both shotguns from my transom mount and he said it wouldn't be an issue.

Wanted to show off what David (Palmetto Trooper) did for me a few weeks ago. Don't have any pictures of the transom holder mounted since I am in the midst of some engine maintenance and new electronics, but these should suffice to see what he can do!
Truck bed/at home storage rack. This rack holds 14 rods and is angled at 0, 10, 20 degrees approximately. Works great to keep rods at the house in my spare room and keep them from laying on the floor or against a wall. To keep it anchored in the truck bed I just run a rachet strap through it and tighten down, Rods/reels are usually enough weight to keep everything anchored down pretty well.

Below is the transom rod holder. I am in a 26' Sea Hunt so this was designed for the angled holder to sit between the engines. I mounted it low enough to allow for the engines to raise all the way up without having to remove the holder.

Big stainless screws with a little 5200 on mine. Seems very secure.

Going to add outrigger plates (Tigress Brand) to my t top.(Sea Fox 257) I am overthinking this way to much. Buddy of mine can weld aluminum, but I don't know how well. Was wanting to clamp the plates to the top but cant find anything similar to the old Taco clamps.(no longer made). Do you have any suggestions. Thought about coming to you for you to weld them on. If you do that kind of service. Thanks
