Default WTB 4k or less 4wd or awd. daily driver in NJ

Was looking for a used Diesel tow rig/ daily driver. Now I'm in the market for a daily driver that gets decent gas mileage 18mpg + hwy. Must have some storage for fishing gear.

I'm looking at Foresters, Jeep cherokees, etc. open to some non 4x4s TDI diesels, some wagons. Prefer stick.

Anyone got anything out there? ;?

Won't get you 18mpg but the price is surely right.

Thought about the Tahoe. I put about 200 miles a week on my daily driver. I already have a gas truck.

looks like a great Tahoe thou, someone should snag it!

you should definitely look into the jeep cherokee.

check out the swap meet section of www.delawareja.com it is Delawares "Jeep Club" they do a lot of fundraising events/trail rides etc, but a lot of people also frequent it to sell their jeeps on the site, and being that theyre listing it for fellow jeepers who know what the vehicle is worth, there is no ripping off or ridiculously overpriced vehicles.

Must haves: 4.0 inline six cylinder, pretty much bullet proof I know people without rebuilds that have 400-500k miles on them, 18-20mpg, can drive through anything. Auto or stick doesnt matter both transmissions are very strong..I've got a wrangler myself thats pretty decked out, 4.88's detroit lockers etc..

I have a GMC 1500 I use for towing now. I had a 01 Cherokee sport.

Sold the Jeep, now I need to replace it.
