Bryan,
Is it possible to make a 30-50 Stand up tuna rod, that has an interchangable butt (straight and bent). By interchangeable I mean able to change the butt without having to remove the reel?

Hey Birdman,
We can absolutely do that. They make a storage butt that unscrews above the reel like the standard butts but also unscrews below the reel so you can exchange the bent and straight pieces in a few quick seconds. They are a little costly but very well worth the extra few bucks. We use them on all of our own personal rods and love them. Let me know if you need anything.
Thanks-Bryan

Default Great Rods!!!!

Bryan,

Thank you for the rods!!! All 4 are fantastic. I went out fishing the last few weeks and caught dolphin, kingfish, aj's, muttons, tails, sailfish, cobia. The rods feel great and are exactly as you told me they would be and more. It was great to come up to Palm Beach to meet you and see your operation.

To all that are considering new rods, you owe it to yourselves to seriously consider Connley. I searched many places and I found that Bryan was very easy to deal with and had all the rods that I needed or will be needing. It was very important to me that I could have all my different rods with the same color configuration.

I am very glad that I wasn't deterred by the negative comments on the forum. I wish you and your business much success in the future. My next set will undoubtedly be Connley.

Best,
JR

Love to help ya. I still have my same staff wrapping the rods so matching the old pattern that you have will not be a problem at all. Give me a call anytime at 561-685-FISH (3474)
I bet we can get that number up to a cool 50 rods by the end of the year if we start now!!
Thanks,
Bryan
