Maybe coordinates or a GoogleEarth image would help people locate the site?

put a N in front of the 34 and a W in front of 76 and it will take you right there.

Once past the funny part This is a prime area for a fishing purist. Real friendly boaty people. Its the outer banks with out being to far out. Good fishing year round there.

I may also CONSIDER selling the parcel in seperate 0.65 acre parcels. So 0.65 acres with deeded lift in private marina for $115,000. And thanks Bly, Harkers Island is a little chunk of heaven, Gateway to Cape Lookout with some of the best all around fishing on the East Coast.

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, however we are new to NC.

How easy is it to get off shore from this location? How long untill you are in water suitable for dolphin and bill fish?

Thanks

Mike

Harkers Island is the nearest port to access Bardens Inlet, without a doubt the safest inlet in NC, maybe the whole east coast. Harkers is also a very short distance to Beaufort Inlet, another safe and deep inlet. Out of either inlet, I would say on average, dolphin fishing can occur about 10-20 miles offhore during summer months. From Bardens Inlet at Cape Lookout, I would say the inshore edge of the Big Rock at about 30 fathoms is 35-37 miles. This year has been a very good year for billfish, my best friend has caught 57 billfish out of Beaufort Inlet since July!!! If you have any other questions or need any pictures, feel free to send my a PM with your email address

Reduced to 199500 with a smaller slip or 220 with a 30' slip with 13K lift. Lifts are brand new and have never had either of my boats on them. 15 minute boatride to Cape Lookout Lighthouse and a 15 minute boatride to downtown Beaufort waterfront.
