Default SOLD

My wife applied to and was accepted to University of St. Augustine for a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. The interim plan is to scale back for a while. I’m putting my Silverado and my Sailfish up for sale. Of course, once she graduates, we’ll discuss a new 26 or 28 Sailfish!!!!!! I haven’t listed my Sailfish yet, but will shortly.

FOR SALE:

2000 Chevrolet Silverado LS 1500 pickup, 2WD, extended cab, short bed, 4 doors. Summit White/LT Pewter Metallic. Just turned 80,000 miles. Graphite cloth interior. Vortec 5300 SFI gas engine. Rear axle 3.42 ratio, 6200 LB GVW Rating, AC with cab air filtration system, AM/FM w/ CD, PW, PB, PS, tilt, cruise, keyless entry, dual power mirrors, leather wrapped steering wheel, body side moldings and a 40/20/40 seating w/ recline and armrest storage, 4 speed auto with tow/haul mode, dual front airbags. 16 MPG City / 20 MPG Highway (sticker)

ADD ON’S:

-Color matched Summit White Leer camper shell, sliding side windows. Truck does not have a sliding rear window, 9/2005.

-Aluminum diamond decking tool box from Lowes for when the camper is not on.

- Reese bolt on receiver hitch, hardwired into bumper, receiver for 4 and 5 straight plus round.

- AAMCO installed heavy duty transmission cooler 2/2006.

- $400. Hawaiian Wet Okole wet suit seat covers for the entire front 2 seats, plus armrest and seat under arm rest, black and grey to match the interior

- Heavy duty molded flooring covers for the entire cab of the truck.

- Rhino bed liner was put in the day after I bought the truck in 2000

Tires, LT265/75R16, Sigma Stampede Radial AT (40,000 mile) were installed 2/16/06, and have less than 8000 miles on them, Transmission pan removed, filter replaced and oil changed at 50,000 miles by AAMCO axle done same day, all 4 Shocks and the front brakes were done in the last 2 years, Radiator flushed and new fluids at 50,000. It has had the oil changed religiously with Mobil 1 since it had 5000 miles on it. I just had the tires rotated and balanced, plus a 4 wheel alignment because I have a lifetime deal with this vehicle, new rear brakes 1/1/08. This is a 1 owner vehicle, I have taken care of it like I was going to keep it till the end of time. It has never been wrecked, not even any fender benders. All original body and paint. It was and has been detailed regularly and it shows, it is mint right down to the fender wells and the engine compartment. It does not leak nor burn any oil. There is a 1/2” rock hit in the windshield passenger side, has been there for 4 years without growing. The front seats have been covered since new and show virtually NO WEAR, same with the carpeting, covered since new.

YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER KEPT TRUCK. $12,900.00 firm

Hey Cracker,
I'd like to speak with you if you don't mind. One of the main reasons I'm selling the truck and the boat is because a i'm thinking seriously about buying a (Second house) house/condo down there in St. Augustine. I fish out of St. Augustine all the time with a friend on a Twin Vee, but don't know anything about the area. I figure it's too far for her to drive from here on a daily basis, so why pay somebody elses rent for 2.4 years? I'm looking to find out what you think is a good area to start in. I'm looking at houses/condo's below $200K. Email me and i'd like to talk with you about St. Augustine.

Thanks,
Gary
