Got my leashes. They are very nice. They are very well constructed.
The only thing I would say to improve them is to offer a larger clip for the spinning rods, and mabey have a clip for each side. I get that one side can be secured without, but it sure would be handy to have one on each end.
I will be buying more for my next trip to the big island in a few month...

PhilBillie, I really appreciate your post. I am always open to suggestions to make this a better product, more user friendly and also how I can meet individual needs. After your post I realized I have been remiss in posting pictures they may have met your individual needs. The following are leashes I have made that may help you and other members in the future. Once again thanks for your post.
Picture one, Snake style knot with 5/16” clip on one end and 1/4” on the other
Picture two, snake style knot with 1/4” clip on each end.
Snake style with 5/16” clip on one end and loop on the other.
Picture four square knot with 5/16” on one end and 1/4” on the other

Hey Jim! Received my leashes and just wanted to let you know they worked out great! Here is one of them hooked up to the test pliers and cutting board and the smaller clip you recommended is the correct size.

themostrkm,I can do 3 colors in the square knot style where the knot is two colors and the body is a third color. What exactly are the colors you are looking for?
