As a spare, how about getting a cheap composite prop (www.comprop.com)? Retail for about $100 USD.
They work well enough and are much lighter, so less dead weight in the boat .

Go with the Michigan Wheel aluminum with an insert hub. The hub is $33 and the prop is $90ish

I know that on the 250's an OMC prop will work in an emergency (if that is what you are looking for). I have had to use one in an emergency myself.

I have an aluminum backup for my df 140.

$50 plus shipping. It's still in box.
