I need a motor for my Mako
 

Looking for something for my 23' Need a 225 or a 250, prefer OMC or Mercury, but would consider a yamaha. I am a cheap bastard, so keep that in mind.

I have a 1994 30" Yamaha 250, needs a carb cleaning but great compression/runner, I'd take 2000.00...that cheap enuf?

Not sure I will be the cheapest but I have a pair of 2006 225 Optimaxes for sale and will sell them separately. They are in perfect condition - less than 200 hours and will sell one for $10,900. They are under fulll facotry warranty til April of 2011.

I have a 2003 Johnson 250hp 25" shaft new in the box $7000.00 OBO ,7 months of warranty left, never used.

I have A 1998 MERCURY 250 EFI THAT RUNS PERFECT (550 HOURS), AND IS STILL ON MY BOAT AND WILL SELL CHEAP!! I HAVE TWO IF ANYONE ELSE IS INTERESTED!!

I have a 97 Mariner 225, 25" shaft, runs out good, compression good, lower unit checks good.......will sell as is for 2K, also have a 225 merc 25" good compression all the way, fair looking....will take 1800 for it.......let me know.

I have a pair of 1996 ocean pro Evinrudes (one counter-rotating)with around 500 hours on them that I'm trying to sell for a friend.
They came off of the boat 2 years ago in good running condition & were replaced with a set of e-tecs. If you are interested let me know as I have a ton of pictures on another computer. The only pic I have here is this one from the tower. $4000 for the set. No controls ,though.

I have a completely rebuilt carbed mercury 200, 25 in. shaft still on boat that only has 20 hrs. Only asking $3500.00

Ktrain - what are you thinking for the pair? Not that I need 500hp, but those 250 efi's are relatively light & decent efficiency for older tech.

Boom - nice marketing... Do the hydro. stearing rams come w/ the engines and any props?

Capt - not to jump your thread or to buy out from under you. I am still in the "just looking" phase, and would step in line if something looks real good.

The Stainless 3 blade props & oil tanks are included. The steering cylinders were used on the boat.

A friend of mine has a '99 250 Yamaha. It is an OS 66 with a 30" shaft. Powerhead has been rebuilt by reputable shop.
Asking $6500.
