He's likely referencing our backup site, sometimes shipping rate quote modules and integration with companies like Fedex and other carriers commonly change and requires multiple days of updates and also are “buggy” for certain regions. Also mobile devices, browsers, provider speeds etc. etc. can create technical barriers for our customers. It’s been our commitment to customer service to be available 365 days a year.

Our other site, www.marinebeanbags.com is where the products are sold at MSRP(higher price) and the shipping is included. There is also less product options(colors) and services(no printing), and no coupons on that site.

Quite often customers, in their search for the best deal come across that site and don’t realize the raw product cost is higher. It really only benefits people way out west like CA.

ALWAYS try www.e-searider.com first, and if your a hardcore THTer, please make sure to call me to make sure I get you properly taken care of.

Thanks,
Bridget

I see some on Amazon since I am a Prime member but not the M Longnecks I want.
Whaaaaa! That price seems reasonable to me. Even if I had these I would not sell them to you with the fear of you coming on here and whining about something else.

This amount is not an inflated price, but actual cost to ship our oversized boxes. Our products can’t vacuumed down as our beads are closed cell, which doesn’t allow water to absorb, but in the same aspect doesn’t hold any air that can be sucked out. I can guarantee that if you walked in to a Fed Ex store and tried to ship our same size box to us the cost to you would be over $90 via Ground. We get very good rates, and pass these rates on to our customers directly without inflation.

The closest dealers I have to you is in Fulton Texas, and Pensacola, FL. They both stock a nice variety of products. However, looking at your cart, none of my dealers will stock the MTL with Black centers and colors sides as this color combination will make the center extremely hot to sit on. I would recommend swapping the colors to keep the seating area cool. The dealers will sell the product for MSRP. Which is the product price on the website plus shipping. They have to pay shipping to get the products also and do not want to absorb that cost as it reduces their profit margin.

As far as Amazon goes, the price for shipping is included in the product price. For example on our site the Medium Teardrop sells for $104.95 plus shipping, and Amazon sells the product for $124.95. Meaning the price difference is only a few dollars, and customers are still paying a shipping cost.

When ordering directly through us we also offer all THT members a 10% discount. So for your purchase, you would save an additional $23.99.

I wish that I could ship all my products for free, or for a very minimal fee, but due to the size its just not possible. But we do our absolute best to keep our rates as low as possible and offer any saving we can whenever possible to assist with the costs.

I hope this helps you make an informed decision on your purchase. If you wish to proceed with the items in your cart, please call me to take advantage of the discount code. Or a list of the dealers closest to you.

Thanks,
Bridget

Who is your dealer in Pensacola? Thanks
