They really stand behind their product. I took a bag in a few weeks ago and they fixed it right up and I couldn't even tell where it had ripped. They even cleaned off the super sticky take residue that went over the hole. Next time I will do cinch a cable tie around the hole and skip the tape to temporarily seal it as they suggest. Great Idea!
