Serta Black from Costco, maybe not super firm, but supportive and comfy, at least for me. YMMV and best of luck!

Z zoned dough pillow, memory foam. The best ever, and not too expensive.

I have these from Amazon. I like them but have to flip over every night before getting into bed. Definitely only need one.

I just bought this one based on budbrande review, I am happy with it so far, however if I had it to do over, I would have bought the queen instead of the king. I think just the size difference makes it want to fold into a U a bit more. This pillow is medium firm.

Did the Bamboo pillows and Macys and both were good for a few months, then slowly went downhill. I finally tried My Pillow and have been happy for at least 2 years. Got a firm and med, firm was a little too much and that's my real pillow.

We have been using the ubiquitous My Pillows for about a year. Really like them.
Ads are true you can firm or fluff them up easily and over and over.

My wife bought the Bamboo pillow when we were at Sam's club one day. I'll have too admit, I went bonkers at first with what she paid (I didn't even know what pillows go for.). They had a three for two price. Well, I love it. It's firm and heavy. I hate sleeping on a marshmallow. It travels with me wherever we go. She also bought the My Pillow and we IMMEDIATELY returned them.

I had the same problem and after dozens of pillows I bought these from Amazon a year and a half ago and still love them.Snuggle-Pedic Ultra-Luxury Bamboo Shredded Memory Foam Pillow

The beauty with these are you can send them in for customization's anytime if you want more stuffing or less, but the wife (No Pics) nor myself have ever had to send them back.

I didn't actually realize that's what you're supposed to do with the mypillows. Granted, I've only had mine for 3-4 months but it seems once I fluff to the correct height, it stays there all night. Now here's something I do, maybe a little different that finally put the pillow at the precise height. I bought a 1" single foam mattress pad. Then cut out a layer to put underneath the single pillow. I used that for a couple weeks, then added a 2nd layer (used contact glue), used that for a couple weeks and went to 3 layers (3 inches). I used each a number of times before dialing in on the 1" height; it's absolutely perfect now. I can even have a sore neck from doing some activity and it'll be gone by morning, not worse as in years past.

I've had these for about a year. Wonderful to sleep on, and I've tried just about everything. My Pillow (not bad), Contour, a number of other brands, brand name pillows, and the generic Walmart/ Bed Bath Beyond stuff. Nothing compares. You can adjust the fill. They give you a small bag of extra in case you need more. Washable. They don't flatten out. They sleep cool. It is amazing how much better a nights's sleep is with a good pillow.

When we purchased our Sleep Number bed a couple months ago we purchased their pillows as well. The salesman "fitted" us each with a pillow and both the Mrs and I love them. I ended up with a contour pillow. It fits my neck perfectly and it is nice and cool. If you have a Sleep Number store around it may be worth the time to have them fit you with one of their pillows.

When we purchased a memory foam mattress years ago (one of those extra-firm, hard as a rock, 14 inch thick ones) at Sleepy's they also had different memory foam pillows for sale. I bought the firmest, heaviest ones that had. Short of using a brick with a blanket wrapped around it, you won't find anything firmer.

We used lots of different pillows and finally tried the bamboo ones. Great for about a year and then we had to get rid of them. Finally broke down and bought "my pillows" and have been very happy with them for over a year now.
