Not trying to be insensitive or anything, but for the lore of 7 deaths need to occur before the treasure can be found, will his passing count?

At 95 he lived to a ripe old age and saw a great many things in his time - RIP.

Guess technically it could since he was still involved in the search albeit from his house or golf cart.

The only thing missing from that show is Geraldo Rivera!
Never seen so much whipped up anticipation over some little piece of crap that "MIGHT" be a clue.

RIP. He lived an interesting and full life. Must be cold in the winter. I happen to like the show and could care less if they ever find 'the treasure'. Regarding the 7 dead myth, I always thought his death should be counted. Next season will be interesting.

No doubt he was just plain bored to death by the show

Sorry to hear that but he lived a very eventful life. Definitely wasn’t the typical life of the cube drone.

You have to respect the way he was treated by the whole crew on Oak Island.I'm still believing that something interesting is going to be found. It's a fascinating investigation for sure.
