How close are you to your neighbors house. For 50 bucks you can get a ultrasonic birdhouse made by petsafe. Does a 50 radius to help with barking and u donít even have to tell your neighbor

I had a neighbor that didn't see a problem with his dog barking when he let it out a 5:30 am every morning.
We lived on 2 acre rural sites and the dog was 50' from my bedroom.
When I confronted him his answer was dogs bark.
I happened to have a large steel drum from a piece of construction equipment.
I placed it on my property aimed at his bedroom window. They would go to bed about 8 pm.
If the dog woke me up I would wait until 11-12 that night and beat the crap out of that drum with a 3 lb hammer for about 5 minutes!
Strangely the dog stopped barking in the morning!

Single firework popped shuts down my neighbors dog. They still don’t get it, though. “It’s not their dogs barking.”

$54K? Jesus, you can hire a real hit man for less than that. At least that's what I heard ;-)

I hear that dog's hate cats. How about walking one of these past his door?

Do they make a 100 ft one?

Useless crap. I had one of those given to me and it never made a sound. And yes, I know is is ultrasound but I measured the voltage to the "speaker" with a scope and it never went off zero. Not great reviews even on their web site.

I live out in the sticks, but sadly pretty close to another house on one side. The neighbors house is angled such that her stupid ass dog can see into our living room from the very end of the deck, and the little shit barks at me when I walk past the three patio doors that make out one wall of my living room.

It was annoying enough that I went over there the day I moved in to introduce myself and let her know about the dog, so things got off on to just a great start.

I have given her 4 years to stop her damn dog from barking at me by calling her every couple months or so for "reminders" and last fall I snapped. I was reading on the couch, WITH THE RADIO ON, and I could still hear her dog barking *at* me from outside.

I have a pretty serious audio setup, so I put my powered subwoofer (2500w peak) out on my deck along with one of my stereo speakers.

Then I made a 45 minute spotify playlist consisting of 60hz and 120hz tone blasts in 30 second intervals.

Then went to a happy hour.

Since then:

Those bird house devices...
My old neighbor put up one of those, because it seemed that my dogs would talk to her dogs when they were outside at the same time.
This bothered her.

The birdhouse would do it's thing when the dogs bark, but it gave me severe headaches.
I could not hear the tone, but my head hurt every time.

I took it down.

I have three beagles and I don't like it when they bark early in the day or at night,I even put bark collars on them during the day to stop them from barking.
I had the bird house one and it worked good with them but as far as with your neighbor you will need it to be close to their house as you can for it to work with their dog.

Holy bejezz! That's one good looking "cat". I could turn from a dog person to a cat person in a heartbeat!

Here is my all time favorite cat video! This cat is on a mission and puts a full body block on the damned dog! The cat gets his bearings and goes after again!
The little boy needed stitches.

I've seen that before and very cool. It's amazing what animals will do to protect a kid or even an adult.

We are dealing with a neighbor's dogs barking right now. My wife and I both work from home but she is an author and really is bothered by them. I can usually tune them out unless I am really trying to concentrate on something. I went over and talked to the neighbor and could tell by the reaction I got that I may as well have talked to the dog. My next move is to just start calling the police every time they start barking. We have a nuisance noise ordnance in our town. I believe they are over the limit for dogs allowed at one residence also. The police will get tired of going over there and make them do something. I have nothing against pets but also believe they should behave an not bother other people.

I dealt with this 18 months ago and there is a long thread about it here (our lot is 80 ft wide). New neighbors on one side, fenced yard, dogs bark at anything that moves. We can't sit outside on the deck without the dog barking like crazy. Tried making friends with the dog, no dice. The owner told me a couple times that she bites too. Finally caught him outside 18 months ago and the dog was almost jumping over the fence. He told me to be careful because of her.......I told him I hoped she got over the fence. He looked perplexed as I told him I was hoping the dog would come over here because I was going to KILL IT! He finally got the message that the barking is a problem and keeps them inside most of the time now.

4-5 days ago the neighbors on the otherside got a dog. A rescue from Grenada that was given up because the previous owners kid tormented the damn thing. Highest pitch bark I've ever heard and is scared of her own shadow. They leave the dog on the deck often which is 10 feet from my driveway, rear entrance to our house. I'm trying hard to make friends with this dog but if she turns around too fast she scares the shit out of herself! It's been just under a week and thankfully the owners seem annoyed by the dogs barking too.....hopefully they can correct the behavior!

Told my wife this might be the way she finally gets a dog for herself......although I'm going to get the biggest pit bull/rotweiler I can find and not feed him! (Geez, I don't mind a dog that barks at perceived threats but barking constantly at their own shadow or anything that moves is getting old)

My neighbors have 2 little yappers. I really only tolerate them because the woman looks pretty dang good in yoga pants. When that starts to go I'll have to get ugly. People are basically inconsiderate anymore.

No Rumpboy, no pics, she isn't your type.
