Completely agree! The "wall" is hard to ignore but that is why I have tried to keep the focus on health and not the weight during these times. Instead of giving into temptation, I go and buy some fishing or boat stuff. The money I've saved on not eating out everyday has landed me with more funds for gear to try new things.

I lost about 45 lbs. last year doing some Keto and fasting intermittently. It really does take a lifestyle change not a diet. I did not give up alchohol but now I drink Tito's with water and put a splash of that crystal light water flavor in it...No carb or sugar drink! Also if you are sticking to no or low carbs watch what veggies you are eating because alot of veggies are loaded with carbs. Good luck and keep at it!

I have been working on my fat ass as well.

Just as I was reading these posts a vendor dropped off a Big Ass Bag of Chick-fil-A Biscuits.
I thanked him and took them to the conference room.

For those of you that don't know, Chick-fil-A biscuits were handed down by God.

I've got to try this Chik-fila stuff. I don't think I've seen one, do they have them in Mass/NH?

Oh, and much to my wife's chagrin, I have no ass at all; sheer drop off. She asks me if I lost it in the war.

I'm eating one as I read this, thinking I really shouldn't be eating this delicious breakfast biscuit while reading about clean eating. Screw it I'll have a salad for lunch.

Luckily for me, biscuits create the worst heartburn in the world, so I learned to eschew any white breads, etc years ago. Makes it really easy to avoid the Bojangles around the corner from work!

Congrats on taking that first step. Don't get discouraged...it goes on so fast and comes off so slow...what's up with that? I'm a huge fan of Weight Watchers...started again after the new year. Down 8 pounds...another 10 and I'll be happy.
