Default Weego, great customer service

I bought a Weego JS12 small, little portable jump pack for my Triple Sport bike, dirt, street and snowbike as even though it has a kicker, as it is a bear to get started in the cold, the jump pack comes in handy on the cold winter mornings to help the bike fire right up and the Weego at the time was rated very well.

I had left the charger in the trailer and wanted to buy another wall charger. I could not find one for sale online-hard to believe, right?

I contacted Weego at their email and they sent me a replacement plug in charger for free=nice.

There are still some companies that believe in treating the customer right. I've had a number of good experiences in the last year. Good to know about Weego, I've been looking at some of their products.

Son has a Weego. The only problem with it is the cables keep burning up.After the 5th set, went back to big style jump box.Weego replaced the cables every time but enough is enough.

I had tried jumping a big F-550 that had a diesel engine and had the clamp on cables fry as well. I have no idea how it happened but the little pack was not able to get the engine started in the cold. Then again, nothing was starting last late December due to it having been in the single digits for days if not weeks on end.

At least for my small 500cc four stroke motorcycle/triple sport, using the SAE connectors that are attached directly to the battery with bolts, the JS12 works well enough.
