Right?! Hard as hell to get on without ripping off the hair. They claim if you "hold it there" it'll warm slightly and then glide on. Nah.

I still really like it anyway. But agree they need to work on application. My wife uses the same brand but some kind of stuff that she takes out of a container and rubs? I dunno...
