Default Anyone watching Surviving R Kelly?

Hard to believe the crazy shit going on in plain sight and everyone allowing it to happen. It is generating a lot of attention and he may be facing new charges as a result. Don't let the fact it is a Lifetime documentary stop you from checking it out.

Yeah, just happened to start watching it earlier this week before that shit show was all over the news. I can't believe he's getting away with it. The thing that I don't agree with is people in the documentary saying it's because the women are black. WTF does color have to do with it? He has them in small dark rooms with a bucket to piss/shit in, controls when they eat, won't let em use the phone, etc. It's straight up brain washing and abuse. Many of them were well below 18 when it started. Yes, some of the blame falls on the parents.

It makes me sick that people like Lady Gaga come out after the public is informed and act like they didn't know, they all knew all along just ignored it, just like Matt Lauer, Harvey Weinstein, and Bill Cosby.

Yep..... Who's R Kelly?

I will say though that the picture above of said "R Kelly" tells me all I ever need to know. Is that stereotyping? You damn right it is, and I don't have a problem with it. .

He's a chronic abuser of girls and women. That's what you need to know, and yes, it's a big deal that his actions are finally catching up to him.

Fact is, if he had done all these things that he allegedly did to white girls and women, he would have been charged, trialed, and imprisoned a long time ago.

Even Lady Gaga, a sexual abuse victim herself, has made it clear why she collaborated with R Kelly and why all the content of their duet will be removed and no longer downloaded.

Please... Just like Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey right? Race has little to do with it. Has everything to do with money and power. Tons of people out there willing to cover up for a multi million dollar recording artist cash cow. He would have gone to jail for a LONG time had the jury in his last trial been able to identify the victim and determine her age. He was facing 21 counts of child porn among other charges. They couldn't convict him because the victim mysteriously wouldn't come forward in the wake of his multi million dollar album release and being nominated for awards by the black community. He has a long history of sexual deviance with minors but he keeps getting a pass because he can hire the best lawyers and pay off his victims. He is rich, has powerful people behind him and is largely respected for his music. Race has nothing to do with it at this point.
