yep. I had a '79 Delta 88 with a diesel. gotta say I never had a problem with that car.

I had an Olds 98 diesel, 1981, I think. Big, heavy car, but that thing loved to eat starters.

Wasn't that the 350 conversion or something like that? My grandfather had a conversion van with that motor.

From what I remember yes it was and it ran very rough because it was not balanced inside well at all.A shop that I worked at the owner rebuilt one for a customer and had it balanced just like a race car 350 would have been and it ran very smooth and had what seemed more power.The customer was very happy even with the bill being higher than a price any other shop gave him.
