Default Florida Girls and Tattoos... WTF

Is it a requirement to have 2 prior to their first driver's license renewal?? I'm married to a FL girl and she has 2. Not crazy about them at all.
Seems like a bad fad recently kinda like chicks smoking 15 years ago. Hopefully it too will pass.

I used to think they were trashed but now I don't really care. I have 2(non visible with shirt on) and before I had them people used to ask if I had tats and thought it was odd that i didn't have any.

I’m not a fan of tats. I think they look trashy and are silly.

I agree. Not cool. Not attractive. Not professional.

Cant stand tattoos on chicks. They look like huge trashy birth marks. Your right, they are everywhere.

Around here, tats seem to replace a good personality or anything positive for their future. i.e. goals, optimism, career, health
and yes - there's lots of tats on almost all of the people i meet.

It was a fad pushed like the house flipping fad,one or two small ones okay but the whole arm and neck ?

makes one wonder what it will look like at age 70

while drunk and in the military I was going to get one but the line was long and we started to sober up and more beer won out over a tat.

I prefer natural verses painted anyday,if I wanted to lick a painting it would be cheaper to just buy one.

I watch Live PD a lot, and it's not just Florida girls!

Personally, I think some really over do it with lots of tats. My wife has 1 and I don't have any.

I'll be 72 next month and have been seriously thinking about getting my FIRST! Good part is I don't think I'm gonna' "stretch" or "shrink" much more, so they won't get funky lookin' over time.

Regards,

Air national guard mechanic?

Sorry man but after some action it's hard to give one fvck about a tattoo.. Sober or not.

I like funny tattoo's but tribal/tramp stamps suck. I have a few major scars I was thinking about using as a basis for some funny ones.

One word. TRASH. I used to live in south Florida. They were everywhere... It takes a while to realize how trashy Florida really is...

We wouldn't let our daughter get a tattoo while she lived at home but she made up for it when she moved out. I think she has 5 now but at least she listened to us and none are visible when she has regular clothes on. I don't know if she has gotten more because I can't see them.....and because she knows we don't like it. I think people that don't have tattoos are the minority now days.

Don't have any yet. May try an iron-on first and see how that goes.

Tramps stamps are trashy but, memorial or meaningful tattoos are fine. I personally have 7 tattoos myself.

True story. When my wife and I got married, she said she wanted a tattoo. I said "over my dead body". 5 years later she asked again-same response. This went on for a while until she was 40. That's when I said "It's your body, do whatever you want". She now has 3, 2 have meaning-remembrance of her grandmother. Not huge, barely visible, and they're important to her. Our son got one shortly after high school and has recently gone through a painful and expensive process to have it removed.
