On the lower back it is known as a splash block

Anyone that gets a Swastika tattoo at any point in their life deserves to be permanently disfigured as a daily reminder of how much of a douchebag you are/were. There is no rational reason that you could ever present to have that symbol on your body.

I don’t see how a girts choice in body art lowers her social standing. As long as it’s well done and well placed, I have no issue with it.

When I was single and younger I loved girls that were inked up; I saw it as an indicator of poor impulse control and even worse decision making skills. I smart girl would know she can do better than me, but that one with the bible verse or poem on her ribs? She's going to do whatever she wants right now regardless of tomorrrow's consequences.

As a married man I don't really care one way or the other, just like I don't care what shorts another dude wears.

Skin graffiti, why would you let an unknown person permently mar your body?

Isn't it true that after a half a dozen or so tattoos, you have to start adding piercings in "non-conventional" places?

If you stay being low bidder then you really are limiting your options.

I hate them. I have one 39 year old that would probably have them everywhere if she had funds. I told her it makes her look trashy.

My daughter got a henna tattoo at 17 while in Key West. After looking at it for days, she never got a permanent one... she's 37 now. My son who was in the Marine corps, got one "after" his service. Mom and Dad, 4 adult kids all from Florida and one tat, that is service related.

Sure, always good advice but I am pretty certain his chronic liver issues as mentioned had plenty to do with his susceptibility.

I loved them. Removing them put 4 daughters through college, bought me a yacht and a great lifestyle. I had 4 lasers paid for just by removing them from people who were either inebriated or "buzzed" into placing them on.

True... But it's one of the things I like about Florida. I usually like tats (qualifier - on a hot chic) but on our last trip to FL some good looking gal with one of those tats that went up her side walked in and I said to whoever I was with that I thought the tattoo fad was nearing it's end and they agreed.

BTW - I see tons of naked old people with tats every day and not all are bad and wrinkly; there are good tats that last and there are shitty tats that don't. I always get a chuckle over "brand" tats like Harley Davidson. One time I saw some idiot with a Miller beer tattoo - what if you suddenly decide you like Bush Light someday??

That's funny. When I was young my dad told me something similar. But back then he said "If you want a one night stand, look for a girl that smokes."
