my brother has one. hate that thing. The wheel base make it sure twitchy. gimmick

I ride a fair amount, and spent a year as a bike messenger, so I am confident that I can sus out a crappy ride.

This kids seat makes me doubly concerned.

Kid's seat?

Well what do you know.

I just figured that's where the fat chick sat for poker runs.

Intersting. Im 6'1" and have ridden bikes, dirt bikes, and motorcycles most of my life and I find it to be quite the opposite. I know they made some significant upgrades and changes in the new 2018 models. Could be the difference in how they are now making them vs. how they've made them in the past but I have no qualms or complaints about the twitchiness In the steering. Im quite happy with it for what I use it for. it does have pedal assist AND a twist throttle.

I asked him about it, and t turns out his is a different make and model. Not admitting that I could ever be wrong about anything, but I would bet my money on your take, not mine.

Enjoy

I've been following the Rads on FB, from what I have seen the vast majority of owners are very pleased with their bikes.

I bought one about 3yrs. ago when they were in the $600 dollar range . I figured I could pedal it and when needed had the electric motor as a back up when needed. I didn't realize that they weigh in the neighborhood of 60lbs and pedalling one is no fun . Now the battery (lithium) costs aroung $300 and it has died. I will sell it for $300 if anyone wants to pick it up in So . Fl.

Fine by me so long as they sell aftermarket parts for it and I can choose my own paint scheme. Shoot, I'm already towing a Buick enclave behind my motorhome and I'm not even 40 yet!!

Dad had an "amigo", very similar to that. He love that thing. Had it for about 8 years before he passed.

Try to trouble shoot and get the parts your self or throw to the curb.

Dayum, that's a potentially expensive proposition.
