Default F*@king Mel...

It's a good thing he's made a lot of money as this might just end it for him---demon alcohol supposedly...and I thought he was a pretty normal guy...

Don't know about Mel, but then I'm not a Hollywooder.

sugar tits?!?! roflmao

That is perhaps the most perfectly stupid thing you could say to an arresting female office.

People see a celebrity in movies or in controlled interview situations and they feel like they know the person - heck I have no idea if he is a good guy or not - or if this is even true but "Sugar Tits"!!! is classic

Reads like he was on meth and not alcohol......strange indeed given his reputation as a solid family man. Reality is alway stranger than fiction.....especially when you are talking about Hollywood folks.

I saw an interview years ago with he and Barbara WaWa. He had a reputation for carousing, and had a number of run ins with the law because of it. When she asked him about it he was contrite and shrugged his shoulders and said,"transgression is fun" .

Probably my favorite Mel quote.

My guess is, that it won't be fun this time.

From the cited article: "As the two stood next to the hood of the patrol car, the deputy asked Gibson to get inside. Deputy Mee then walked over to the passenger door and opened it. The report says Gibson then said, "I'm not going to get in your car," and bolted to his car. The deputy quickly subdued Gibson, cuffed him and put him inside the patrol car."

LA County Sheriff's Deputies??!?!?!?! A regular guy would have been dead after bolting for his car.

Never quite could wrap my brain around the fascination with celebrities.

Heard all this on the radio this morning. Apparently, he has struggled with alcohol for a long time and has submitted himself for treatment of three occasions. Sugar tits!!!!

Who cares?

Why are Americans so interested in the private lives of actors? Think about it...THE'RE ACTORS! They make money pretending to be something they are not...

Being the non-judgemental person that I am, if I do say so myself, I can relate.

I too, have been struggling with alcohol for many, many years.

Struggling to get ENOUGH!

He's a hard core anti-semite. His father is on record for saying the holocaust never happened & Mel says he agrees with his father.

The facinating thing is that the hollywood elite was silent on the incident & couldn't care less. They seem to readily accept any and all immoral & illegal behavior if perpetrated by an "artist"

I couldn't agree more about the facination with "celebs". Who cares. Shut up & sing/dance/whatever. No one with any intelligence cares about your views on anything of substance.

Holywood would run him out of town if they could be he's got too much $$ to be pushed around. The elite who run the town and the industry don't exactly appreciate his views on their religion.

Mel made over a billion dollars on the Passion, + all of his other movies, I am sure he could give a poop.

Why do we expect anything else from celebs, 95% are one movie away from being a waiter or a stripper.
