I thought the guy maybe just had a typo until I read the ad. Obviously this is a "wife said must go" ad.

you can get the algae covered sportsman camper next to it in a package deal for $199,999.99 those sportsman campers are the original tiny houses and built for year around living and would even make a great income producing rental property (no agents please and no commission on the real estate sale)

Geez, I have one that is 2’ bigger and has twin 150’s on it. I would let it go to right buyer for half that.
