Default Does this surveillance camera exist?

I'm looking for a surveillance camera or game camera that is waterproof, cellular (ATT preferred) and has a rechargeable battery that has an adapter that can be plugged into 110V for long periods.
It will be installed 30' up the outside wall of a building that has no phone line, internet, cable or dish.

Thanks for any suggestions

You can also purchase an optional solar panel for it as well.

Canary has one as well, I’ve been using it for a year and a half, it’s been great.

I use Spartan go cam , verizon service . $10.00 month , start or stop service anytime , no limit on pics. I hooked up 2 - 6 v batteries and camera lasted for over a year even in cold weather . very good day and nite pics.
