Default Rain

How long does this take to setup up where rain wont hurt the seal? It is calling for rain everyday over the next week and its running in the upper 80 degree range in temperature?

The adhesive, I want to make sure that if it does rain after I apply it that it doesn't come lose and start to leak again. That is why I am using it I have a leak in the roof of my hightop van, when it rains it leaks.

Doesn't say anything about getting rained on. Thanks for being absolutely no help, and replying as a smart ass. You know if everyone were as smart as you there would be no answer for these answer boards.

Lol, just wait the required interval before letting it rain and you'll be fine.

Low effort questions deserve low effort answers...

What kind of adhesive are you using?

Wow. This is exactly why I love the Internet. I really hope the OP returns as I just can't get enough of this stuff. OP, PLEASE come back and provide clarification - or just just any comment would be fine, really.

1. No one knows what you are talking about because you never specify what you are asking about.

So you came to a boating forum to ask a question about your van? Makes sense.

Someone asks you a legitimate question based on the half-assed information you supplied and they are a smart ass? I guess that's better than being a dumbass.

Take what to setup?
Where are you?
What's the application?
The boat?
What sealant?

Maybe a picture or two?

Debbie, you left out a lot of info, we can’t read minds. Welcome to the forum. In a first post we need what your working on and what product you’re using otherwise you just get this ^^^^^^^^^^^ stuff.
Adhesive is not a sealant so to speak, but most sealants like caulk will have a time period till waterproof, and one till cured fully.
Hope this helps. If smart arses bother you I’d quit this forum. Lots of info here though you have to engage more.

Yea, a couple two tree hours. Leave it alone. When it dries, it sets. Piece of cake.
