Default Any HVAC dudes here?

Wife and I bought a house last year. Climbed into the crawl space today to clean the "York High Efficiency Air Purifier". Watched some Youtube videos and it went pretty smoothly. Question is I can't find replacement parts. The carbon filters (disposable) measure 15" x 5". The other metal filters are washable, but I thought I would just replace them since one looks like someone hit it too hard with a hose and knocked a small hole in it. Those measure 12 3/4" x 15 1/4". Any help appreciated, trying to order these online....can't find that size.

York should be able to direct you to a dealer, if that is not acceptable get the data plate info and enter it on Google. There are several filter companies online.

So I found the correct filters and replaced them. When I turn the power button on (on the air cleaner itself), I at first thought the green light wasn't coming on. So I disassembled, then re-assembled. Turns out, the green light does come on, but it is very faint. I thought last year if my memory is correct, the green light was very bright. Now I have to cover it with my hand to confirm it is on. I you tubed a bunch of videos, and they only deal with green lights that DO NOT come on. Anyone familiar with what a very faint light means? Nothing in the York manual, just if it's OFF, try this.............

??
