Morgan Freeman

i am all for women speaking up and not having to be harassed at work but women and accusing Morgan of giving them compliments about their appearance. So now being nice or god forbid trying to flirt is a crime? This is gone too far.

The gene pool needs a thorough douching.......

Great day all!!!!

Garett 05-29-2018 04:55 AM

Oh the liberated woman.......so no wonder why over in Japan young couples aren't getting into relationships or engaging in sex.

What were the compliments? A lot of creepy people give what they think are compliments but are really harassment.

(CNN)A young production assistant thought she had landed the job of her dreams when, in the summer of 2015, she started work on "Going In Style," a bank heist comedy starring Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine and Alan Arkin.

But the job quickly devolved into several months of harassment, she told CNN. She alleges that Freeman subjected her to unwanted touching and comments about her figure and clothing on a near-daily basis. Freeman would rest his hand on her lower back or rub her lower back, she said.
In one incident, she said, Freeman "kept trying to lift up my skirt and asking if I was wearing underwear." He never successfully lifted her skirt, she said -- he would touch it and try to lift it, she would move away, and then he'd try again. Eventually, she said, "Alan [Arkin] made a comment telling him to stop. Morgan got freaked out and didn't know what to say."

Women consenting - not saying no - to advance their careers, then 20 years later claim they were harassed. I say poo. Cosby didn't shove the pills down their throats. The pendulum has swung off the hinges IMO.

That's pretty much true with all lawsuits unless the plaintiff wants to make a point. If you have a deadbeat tenant that you have to evict, you can sue them for damages and lost rent but the time and cost involved isn't usually worth it since they are judgement proof. Only reason to sue is to get it on their record so they will be less likely to e able to rent again. Rent an upscale house to a wealthy person and they cause damages, most would sue since they have something that you can go after. Also, loaded guy getting sued is more likely to get headlines and sell papers. Nobody cares that Jimmy the bag boy makes inappropriate comments.

I like Morgan, I think he does a great job... Of course when he made commercials for Hillary, his stock lost points. So naturally, I had to Google to follow up on this, imagine my surprise..

IMHO;

CNN is so very desperate to get their ratings back up they'll do and say anything, include turn on their own... They've proven that's what they do.

My feeling when the phony Hollywood indignation claims another scalp...

How can they be a couple if they aren't in a relationship?

The casting couch, black list cult is and has been the basis of how that place is run.

Once inside, it is difficult to admit how you got there, or to change your behavior, because that is how you got there.
You would be turnng on those around you and they do not want to risk or admit the truth about how they got there.
It is difficult to admit you were are not the best, just the most willing.

This is the bunch who promulgated the huggie, gushie society in the first place.
That is the reason Weinstien Will Return.

Cosby made the mistake of suggesting young folk who look like him, get jobs. That was the opening bell for his “troubles”. Coincidence????

Has anyone been fired for a compliment or being nice yet? I haven't seen.

Or do you consider lifting women's skirts in the workplace a normal compliment that is reasonable for a woman to expect while she's at work?

This isn't hard to understand here guys.

I read the first post in my mind in Morgan Freemanís voice. 😀

"

I saw that film - it was terrible.
Odds are that Mr, Freeman was totally out of his mind on mind-altering substances, knowing that he had lent (sold) his name and talent to that project.
