I think he's a good actor and I agree to a extent about the casting couch culture. But I think Freeman is a douchebag on a personal level. I mean, what kinda man has an affair with his step GRANDDAUGHTER?? Just another "dirty old man" in my book.

His last name is "Freeman".

He did nothing wrong, and he can bed down 7 women at 25 gpm (grunts per minute) per each Viagra.

All those times he slapped Andy Dufresne on the ass in the shower, and he never complained about it.

Give the old guy a break. Man/woman relationships were very different back in his time. A lot of innocent joking going in both directions back then.
He didn't rape, assault, attack of drug anyone. He's just guilty of having innocent fun kidding around.

Should a woman have to tell a guy she's not interested in having her skirt lifted, or joked about lifting her skirt, in her place of work? Is it a harmless joke if your wife has to tell a guy to stop playing like he's going to lift her skirt? or your mother? or your daughter? at their places of work?

Do you think it's funny to try to jokingly lift a woman's skirt repeatedly to where she has to back away repeatedly until another man steps in and tells you to stop? Is that a harmless joke?

Has anyone been in trouble lately for telling someone they look good? or that they look nice?

Anyone fired or criticized, or charged in court, for telling a woman she looked nice?

Bullshit... Let him and Cosby cuddle in a jail cell, to bad it's on my dime.

if you see a woman with a three hundred dollars hair-do and say your hair looks gorgeous, you will more than likely get a "thank you", see the same woman in a pair of three hundred dollars jeans and say your a** looks gorgeous there will be hell to pay.

Proper phraseology is "Damn that ass is phat" or "Damn you gotta phat ass"... they like that.

she shouldn't have to tell him twice, but let's face it this happens everywhere in our society. If the woman does not get him to stop she should go to the boss and if that doesn't work, either quit or sue. Don't come back years later. As a father of three girls I will prepare my girls for what is out there and how to handle themselves.

Well it's kind of funny when I'm the one wearing the skirt.

Agreeing that only a twit acts like that, could you perhaps describe the "harm" that makes it more than "a harmless joke"?
Where do those harms rank in the whole scheme of things?

Certainly, some of these women in the news have been raped, and crimes have been committed and should be prosecuted. Others...not so much.
They are all getting lumped together with the same gravitas.

I'm not sure that's a good thing.

Most of these media celebs need bustin! That is the cult they created, profess, and rigidly maintain. They are, before all, the goood ( We will kill you if you disagree with us) people.

Then there is the money! The supressed memories. Postpartum shock. The party line. The money. Addd puke!

Is it possible Morgan Freeman said something outside of the party line once?
He will really be disappointed when Weinstien walks.

i might agree with the last sentence but being ok with what Cosby was convicted of is, that's pretty damn scary. Maybe I'm misinterpreting what you are saying, But If you think it's okay to slip a drug in a girls drink and then bang her when she passes out that's completely messed up
