Electricians, would there be any way to add under cab lighting to an already finished kitchen? Enclosed above upper cabs, full tile back splash on exterior structural wall and one interior wall, and seemingly no way to pull wires

No basement, although the house is up on pilings. 2x6 framing, unsure of insulation type. Opening up the underside of the house might be the way to go

Can you put a 3/8” hole in the structural wall? Low voltage cable is not very large. Mount the transformer on the exterior of the house and feed the cable through a small hole(s)

The problem would be getting the lights wired together from run of cabs to another with a window in between, Not looking too many holes in a wall especially on the outside. Opening under the house probably best bet

We do it all the time. You're looking at #20 2 strand from the transformer. You can mount the transformer inside a cabinet and fish the small wire easily, especially up and down. Every situation is different.

Can you run the low voltage wiring inside the cabinets to get it past the window? Then up inside the wall to the upper cabinets? Not pleasant to run but might be feasible.

yes as the 2 guys above stated-- run wire underneath the cabinet or inside the cabinets--you only need to run the power from the wall switch or outlet to the cabinets then run the wire inside the cabinets or underneath them. You wont see the wire if you use a wire management system (clips). Here's a 2 min video tutorial on installing under cabinet lights:

I did that in my house. It was my house and I'm an electrician. Its very doable.
