Default Google Makes Doodles for everything but Memorial Day

On their home page Google always has a "doodle" at the top spelling out their name. Almost every day it's combined with something original or a tribute to some (often obscure) person or event.

But do they have one for Memorial Day? Noooo!!!

Guess it hurts their liberal feelings to know that people died so they can have their attitude.

Best Wishes on Memorial Day to the survivors of those who gave their all....

Too much USA pride for NorCal folks today. They prefer to stay low and let the clock run out on Memorial and Veterans Day.

If it wasn't for our servicemen and the ultimate sacrifice many made so we could be free there wouldn't be a Google,Amazon,Tesla and a face book or even a possibly a Zuckerberg or Spielberg you get the idea. A bunch of ungrateful greedy little fck sticks who do not appreciate the sacrifice our men and women have made.

Only 2 defining forces in history have ever died for you .
.Jesus Christ ,and the American fighting man.1 died to save your soul ,the other for your freedom.

Google considers themselves a global company. Memorial Day is a US holiday. Google probably doesn't recognize Memorial Day as an appropriate doodle for their global audience. But, I bet their employees got today day off. Never mind their site wouldn't be in English if the USA had stayed out of WWII.

They do not have feelings. Their relegion is founded on “feelings” but the true believers can lie about that too.

I see one:

Name: memorial_day_two_flags_animation.gif
Views: 260
Size: 50.0 KBRemembering those who served

I think it's very appropriate - more so than some artsy graphic, which to me would detract from the solemnity of the day.

Oh, OK.

Guess some of us are good with the day being recognized in a respectful, understated manner befitting a solemn day of remembrance...

And others of us want "doodles."

They certainly do USA holidays; Thanksgiving

When I open Google, I see Google and a link for “Rembering those who served”.
