Default Help I need a Cornelius Tank !

Help I need a Cornelius Tank ! 2-3 Gallon

In my quest to brew the perfect Kombucha I came up with this , I need a small one

My other avenue would be a Stainless pressure cooker (Small)

If anyone has one I will buy it for a reasonable price

Good luck, those little ones are pretty hard to find used. I have 20 5 gallon cornys but have never even seen a small one.

Weren't pressure cookers like that used in the Boston Marathon bombing? No wonder they're seldom being offered for sale today.

In all my years of homebrewong, I’ve never seen a used corney smaller than a 5 gallon.

I know now nothing about kombucha. Can it be bottle conditioned?

Foxx Equipment sells the 2.5 gallon Cornelius tanks still.

AEB makes them.

Look for ball lock tanks.

curious why you need this for kombucha?

what fruits, if any, have you been using? do you like high pulp content? curious what other folks make?

OP, where are you located in the country? Ever trade scoby? Been loony for a hibiscus tea/kombucha/jun we came up with for the last batch.
You ever go back and take it through a second fermentation? Odd what comes out of the 2nd sometimes. Good and bad.
