Does anyone buy yellow gold Rolex anymore? You rarely see men wearing gold these days. I went with the two tone Sub. Glad i did.

This. I sold a Rolex to Freedbaby a couple years ago and it was smooth as silk transaction, at a fair price. And, a month or so ago I had an opportunity to pick up a nice one at a very good cost and he gave me some awesome advice over several texts and messages, with no benefit in it for him. Solid guy and knows his stuff.

Freedbaby... my boss mentioned selling me his Rolex GMT "Pepsi" watch. What would be considered a "great deal that I would be stupid to pass up" if it's in excellent condition with papers?

Go figure. I sold my gold one about 8 years ago. Damn near had to give it away due to the economy and nobody under 70 wanting a gold watch.

A few months ago I was in the market for a Rolex GMT II Batman. Called 5 dealers who all said they were sold out and I could go on waiting list. Called Freedbaby and a few days later he had for me a BNIB Batman. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Jay.

Its a 1992 my wife bought it for me as a christmas present. It started slowing down losing time eventually would stop in the middle of the night. Its happened once before and I got it serviced and back up and running so unfortunately I am familiar with what the approximate price range should be. Its kind of like a blown power head I have to do something to protect my investment.
all that said it has huge sentimental value to me
