Same here on the central Gulf coast of FL. Turned on the light next to my couch and had a bunch of them immediately start flying around INSIDE my house. I'm not good with numbers, but my guess is there were at least 400 trillion of them in my living room . Looks like termite company will be getting some business.

It is Charleston or Charles Town. The more bugs or hurricane the better.

shut my lights that are outside off last week for the time being...found a few in my boat livewell when I had it here 2 weeks ago. Buddy said he woke up last week with a one in his ear as he was sleeping. I'm not as worried about it this year as I was last year about this time...

Sucks...they reversed one of the lanes on the Wando and that didn't help anything this AM, it seems. May take a day or 3 for folks to get used to.

Hearing on pretty good authority that they will be building a new bridge and several of those cables are snapped. Deflection in the bridge that was not designed to handle all this traffic.

Don't play around with termites. My mom and dad had over $60,000 in damages to their house and the have Terminix. Which they paid for the repairs.

Was awful last week. Since they split the lanes it's effing up the rest of town, mount p was fine today.

Parents just put in a new ipe wood deck, finished it a little over a week ago. Was sitting on it today and saw about 50 termites crawling around. Immediately got on the phone.

Did you all have rain most of last week as well? Wondering if that has to do with the timing. Never had issues at the house before. Pair new wood and weather maybe.
