Default Key Largo and Key West trip scheduled for next week

My family and I are heading to Key Largo for an offshore charter trip on May 25, then heading to Key West for same type of trip on May 27. Looking to target grouper, Mahi, snapper, etc. Any info on wave heights, price of having fish vacuum packed and shipped home (or should we bring our vacuum sealer), any other info we should know about. Didn’t realize it was Memorial weekend till after I booked. So I know it’ll be crowded. We are not into drinking so info on bars are no help. Thanks in advance.

Kw food:

comodores boathouse next to a &b marina office best happy hour food

El siboney (both locations) churrasco was good here and whole fried fish etc

Hogfish grill - they have a happy hour food menu but you have to really ask for it. Shrimp quesdailla is big and the hogfish fingers is a deal too. Surpsingly good churrasco steak also.

Upstairs at garden of eden

Make sure you stop at Robbie’s in Islmorada and feed the Tarpon.

Really watch the weather, but initial forecasts have that tropical low up into mainland Florida by the weekend. Good luck with the fishing.

Don't mistake a Jack cravelle for a tarpon they'll take your fingers off
