Default Renting Storage Condo

Hi Everyone,

Looking for some input. I did purchase the storage condo I posted about last month. I'm considering renting it during the summer while I do not need to store the boat. I know demand isn't that high in a boating area this time of year, but who knows. Possibly some snowbirds want to store their rv there. Any ideas from other members of how to get the word out? What sites to post on, etc? It's in Port Clinton, OH.

Thanks!
Andy

Andy,
I'd try Facebook. several buy/sell groups on there that are local. Of course Craig's list is an option too.

PM me what you're looking to get out of it and for how long a time frame and i'll make some inquiries on my end.

And put a sign out front. You would be surprised at the amount of people looking for a space just drive around.

Yes, what is this? A condo with a huge garage? A storage shed big enough for an RV?

Basically, yes! It is a huge storage unit that you own.

If "screen name - OldPete" can advertise the rental of his place in his signature you can do the same - free advertising.
