Our US 27 is blocked for a while today starting at 9 am for a motorcade for a Sheriff recently killed in Lake Placid. It is a shame that the scum of the earth killed the officer but I am glad they are honoring him.

Sad... I seriously don't understand how these departments continue to fill job vacancies.

Wow! That was very touching. My heart goes out to the kid and his family.

Because there are still men and women out there willing to sacrifice and put others above themselves and their family to help and save lives snd try to make a difference. Some truely amazing people.
