Default Ice Machine Troubles

I recently picked up a small Hoshizaki DCM-270BAH used and it works great, and I mean great. I wish the bin were about 10 lbs bigger (don't we all) but I'm very happy with it for the house. I bag ice for a couple of days in the chest freezer and I'm golden.

That said, it seems like the "FLUSH" switch doesn't work at all. I can turn it on, press the flush switch, and it'll just sit there staring at me. The flush valve doesn't open or anything. The valve does work though, because it flushes itself through there every few hours when it's making ice. I'm wondering if it's maybe a relay or something on the board. Has anyone ran into a problem like this with their machines?

First I would look at youtube for a possible answer that is how I fixed mine. If that doesn't help look at your dump valve pretty easy to get to and take apart usually they fail especially during cleaning and flush modes. I am not in any way a ice machine mechanic just learned these tricks on youtube.
