Had it and it's quite tasty. Not much different than it's close relative, the Cobia.

He shouldn't of used olive oil to fry it in. Too low of a smoke point. Just sayin'

Ok, so I used the wrong oil. It never smoked and it tastes great.

I mean, it's ok I guess. I always had a problem with it sticking to the roof of my mouth.

I tried one thinking that it favored the appearance of a juvenile cobia, so it might taste like one. It wasn't good.
