I'd say nothing then at the end of the job I'd email the architect for the secret location as the bush is ready for delivery. Revenge serves best cold.

That is a good one! I have seen some pretty dumb stuff on drawings that I thought were funny but they weren't intended to be funny.

Sounds like maybe the architect wants the contractor to salvage the bush and deliver it to his house?

It's just not fun anymore. I just spent a 1/2 hour explaining to a homeowner why a non-load bearing partition wall did not need to be hurricane strapped. "But so and so said..."

Back when I was an AutoCAD slave I put this note on all my drawings:

"MIL-TFD-41"

Some of you may know what it means.

The architect for my project had us order 25 LED lights at +$500 a peice and once he saw them in person told us they were wrong and not to use them and he would let us know if we would even replace them with another fixture. Now I have +$14k in lights we will get raped on trying to return to the supply house with usually at least 40% restocking fee. This is one of his smaller mistakes, his omissions in the drawings and lack of response are what make him who he is. I had to send him a hand drawing today of how we are installing the windows in a metal building as he had them out in the EIFS facade on the wall sections.

Who is to provide the secret envelope containing the secret address? Is this spelled out elsewhere in the drawings/notes? I would ask for an enlarged detail on the coffee cup attachment.... That is if he is not billing by the hour, if he is billing by the hour rather than the job, I would be miffed about paying for that type of nonsense.

Most believe they are Artists, and use that as a fall back when needed.

Art is subjective.
