My bride caught up on the thread tonight and sends her love and sincere thanks to all of you. No need to worry about giving up, not in our nature and not an option! Just a tad miffed regarding the extra treatments that's all!

Spray: I don't know you or your wife. I am just some random guy on the internet. But, tonight, I will say a prayer for y'all. Cancer affects us all at some point, one way or another. My father passed away over nine years ago from cancer. I think about him almost every day. Good luck to y'all. Stay strong and fight. Enjoy every day and love each other.

This could get really interesting Rapi....think about what I'm going to be driving, then think about how much usable cargo space there would be!!!

C'mon brother... Don't be telling me that you strayed Spray My BIL lives in Dorset Vermont and has a real sugar house. The ONLY and I mean ONLY way to eat pancakes, waffles etc. is with real, WARMED up, Vermont maple syrup. If you have gone over to the dark side well I'm gonna have to rethink my whole opinion of you which was you are an extremely stable and intelligent individual

Not sayin I don't love me some REAL Vermont maple syrup straight from the tree.........God's Simple Syrup!!!! But, I also like to experiment a lot. That's how some really great tasting things have come along.
First time I heard to salt my cantaloupe I thought to myself, what a moronic idea, until i tried it. Awesome!!!! Also, Grilled cheese using mayo instead of butter!

Thanks for keeping me laughing Surf.........My bride is in the home stretch now with both Chemo & Radiation, and you and lots of others know what that means......I need the light-hearted banter more then ever...

Two More weeks to go!!!!

A variety of Fats.......Lard, Bacon, Butter, Mayo and many others have one main function I have found:
To provide Flavor!

Really doesn't matter what you use to produce that unique flavor your looking for. Folks are sooooo stuck on same old, same old.....What a boring way to live! Seriously, if you've never had a grilled cheese using mayo instead of butter, try it.....Awesome!!!!
If you make your own mayo......tow ingredients...... You can then flavor the mayo to your liking. Lemon zest / Lime zest / ground chipotle seasoning / ground nutmeg.....I should really open a food truck!!!

Gotta go now......Must find out what "Googan" means!!!

FOOD TRUCK!!!!! Spray! You have found your calling! And you could plaster the truck with the name "Googan's Come and Get it"

As in food poisoning

Dam son, you got to get out more. If you know that much about fat well then Betty Crocker you must turn in your man card immediately.

But please don't tell anyone that I watched all those damm cooking shows when I was laid up fighting the "Big C" even though I couldn't get a thing down this seagull's gullet.
