Maybe I'm looking at it wrong but I see a dusty mirror and a lot of dirty laundry. I don't see a person.

This was a few years ago at my buddies old house. After sometime outside drinking and hanging out w the boys ...
We all heard footsteps in the grass, but it sounded like footsteps in long dry field grass and dried up leaves.
One of the guys had his phone out and started taking pictures.
Holy. Shit.

I dropped the beer so damn quick

Nope. No thanks. Iím good.

Look at the upper right of the mirror. There is a dresser reflected there. Look at the side of the reflected dresser. What do you see there?

Has anyone checked out the ghost pic & vids filmed at the Gettysburg war fields? If you have any interest check them out on YouTube there are several of them. If they are fake they sure don't look fake.

Love Gettysburg. Spooky at night in late June and early July. I didn't have the courage to walk up Littlle Round Top or crawl through the Devil's Den at night. Not too far from the hay field was/is a skirmish line that was very spooky in the evening.

Yep I'm one of those, I've seen ours twice, scared the crap out of me the first time. She's only broken a couple of things and for the most part she just lets us now she's around from time to time,
She tends to retreat when the kids get home from school, I think she doesn't want to scare them. It's a little spookey sometimes when I'm home alone but she's really not a problem.

Looks like dust to me. Those white blotches are all over the mirror.

I think I know what you're referring to but I'd say lens flare or a smudge on your lens.

The apparition I see in my home is totally non threatening. I see him in the hall once in awhile and when I double take he's gone.

We really don't know as much as we think we do.
Civilizations separated by thousands of miles and through hundreds to thousands of years don't generally draw similar conclusions by happenstance.

If it were possible why is it always an obscure, fuzzy, out of focus, etc etc. ?

I absolutely believe we know very little of the universe around us but I also know people see what they want to see.

Pretty sure the bourbon sees a long rifle there and a garbled face. Consensus?

I disagree. Human nature is similar. I think its very much human nature to find comfort in thinking our loved ones are still with us, that there are scary things in the dark, and to assign "human" characteristics to things we cant explain.

Could be. This is as valid as any other opinion on the subject. I saw a picture of the man who died in this house in 1976, but I saw the picture 2 years after I first saw the “ghost”.

No doubt at all, it’s him.

If you told me I’d even entertain these thought a few years back I’d have laughed you out of the room. Between ghost Tony and some of the things I’ve seen move on jobs that I was the only one there, I have little room left for doubt.

I agree with what you say but in my situation I have no family here and neither does my wife in this house, no doubt there's a spirit here.
Wish I knew who she was.

The ghost vids look pretty darn convincing. Are you allowed on the battle field at night any more? I went with another family to Gettysburg when I was 14. There are/were people you could hire to ride in your car to tell you anything you wanted to know. I don't know if they still do this or if they have some other means?
