It sucks as always, to much talking and not enough sports.

We don't have cable so are stuck with the broadcast coverage and not the extra channels. Hopefully they show some sports on some of the other channels cause on regular broadcast it's just human interest stories with 2 minutes of sports thrown in. It's not possible for me to like figure skating less than I do.

Totally sucks compared to years past, just no flow to it.

Prime time used to be like one main host (Costas) who I like as announcer, but hate his politics.

They would jump from sport to sport in a way that worked, always showed the important stuff, it was like 3 hours of fun every night.

This year it just doesn't make any sense to me, There doesn't appear to be a main NBC primetime stream even though I logged in with cable credentials, even when primetime is on, it sucks.

Without cable it sucks, all the good stuff is on the cable channels, it seems like figure skating and only figure skating is on NBC.

A pretty good analysis from last time. Note that the Olympic audience they are trying to reach are women.

***I wanted to add that the woman biathletes puking at the finish line and the men's Xcountry skier who fell at the start and still won the gold medal are what the Olympics are all about...not figure skating.

Only if your reading/watching anything CNN. I watched NBCSports yesterday and didn't hear N.Korea once.

I won't be supporting NBC by watching it. Their firing of that one commentator was way out of line.

Sucks. Wanted to see slopestyle saturday night but figure skating put me to sleep. By the time I woke up, they were back to figure skating.

In the half an hour I stayed awake they covered several "warm'n fuzzy" stories, NoKo, two short skating routines, and 5 commercial breaks....

Are there any better places to watch online?

Boring, too much curling coverage. The X Games are still way better.

Watching it on Roku on the NBC Sports app, it's pretty epic, they have everything. You select the day and then the sport you want to watch, then it's only that sport and full coverage of the event. You can watch things live or go back and watch events that already happened. WAY better than the over the air coverage on national NBC. We are actually enjoying the Olympics this year.

The coverage has probably been affected by them having to cancel a lot of the skiing because of high winds.
