I am sure in your world this is a serious issue but I have to nominate this thread as one of the most unusual requests here on THT!
If I drank coffee it would be all over the screen right now!

Please share with us the need for 3000lbs of frog legs....

You aren't allowed to harvest your own?

Seems like you could easily trade it out with the locals for some Natural/Busch Light.

Richmond country in Rhode Island has a pond with thousands of huge bullfrogs...sat there after a round with cold one..watched them actually eat eachother...crazy.

That's all I got.

we catch a heck of a lot of large frogs in North Jackson County all frog season but 3000lbs of clean legs man that would take a many a frog. Thinking +/- 15,000 frogs? I'd say we get 10lbs of clean legs from every 50 frogs probably when talking about wild caught frogs. Assume farm raised would have more yield though.

Check a Canadian food wholesaler. Canadians love them frog legs.
I can hook you up with all the maple syrup you want to put on top of those frog legs or pancakes!

“Organic” & “Wild Caught” should be your marketing buzz words of the day.
