Default Mold/Mildew on an Inflatable Life Jacket

Every year I open my drybag and inevitably I have mold/mildew on some of my West Marine inflatable PFD's..anyone have any cleaning suggestions? I rearm them each year. Any input would be appreciated.

Tilex and a brush and then rinse off very well.

Liquid Performance Mildew destroyer. Found in NAPA stores
