Pretty sure he was asking why that guy got up so early. Since he is the OP I doubt he was asking why this thread was made.

Up at 0535 S&S out the door at 0610 when I'm working 8 hrs. If I'm on 12's it's up at 0440 out the door at 0515. I'm lucky enough to have an onsite fitness center and get to work out for 45 minutes everyday during lunch. It would be very hard for me to stay motivated to keep working out if I had to get up an hour early to do it.

We shouldn't take this as a survey, as most of the folks who don't roll out of bed until 9:00 or later (I know, very shocking to learn of this behavior) will not be posting out of embarrassment.

Can't usually fall asleep before 11-12PM. Up 6-8 on the usual day. 8 min commute. 15 in summer traffic. No real set time I have to be at work daily if I am working from office or home. Most frequently work from home until about 11am then head in to the office.

In bed by 12, up around 8.

I find that I feel much better when I get 8 hours...always been that way for me.

Same schedule on the weekends, unless we blow it out.

Some of you guys need to try to sleep more, it's starting to get on everyone's radar that lack of good sleep is leading to being very unhealthy later in life.

I'm retired. This morning my dog woke me up at 10 because I missed his 9 o'clock walk.
