I am wondering the same thing. I have a dual touchscreen Garmin system, and it has a designated space for a camera. Boat also has Garmin Wifi. Does anyone know if the the GoPro will sync up into the Garmin system or not?

I’ve got the VIRB 360 and it will work with the newer Garmin systems. Here’s a video I took with my son. It’s capable of 4K, but I chose a lower resolution due to the file size.

You’ll have to watch it in the youtube app on a phone or iPad to get the 360 effect

Here’s a hammerhead circling our boat off Miami.

You’ll have to watch it in the youtube app on a phone or iPad to get the 360 effect

Thank you. That is helpful. I think I am going to go ahead and get the VIRB 360. I video my hunting, and love it. Just need the ocean to calm down to try this out now.

Get a cheap pair of 3D VR goggles to put your phone in. It’s a pretty cool way to watch the videos. Also get the biggest mini SD card you can. It uses a lot of memory when you film at the higher settings
