When did US mil vehicles switch back to woodland green?

Google says some units that deployed to Europe painted their vehicles in a temporary woodland camo pattern but I have seen nothing about US-based units.

That's how they are painted up in Michigan at the base by me.

Marines will now wear the woodland green camouflage uniforms year-round, with sleeves down in the winter and rolled up in the summer. Bravos in winter and charlies in the summer

European based equipment is reverting back to green in a strategic shift away from the desert tan that has marked the Army’s fighting vehicles for more than a decade.
Maybe the Natl Guard never switched to desert tan
