Feel free to go to my Facebook and check out some of the pics in this album...

I also have several live videos. We left Bradenton yesterday around 6:20. We rolled into Port Arthur today around 8:30 pm. There's still plenty to do and I will be adding more live videos and posts and pics as I get em.

Day 1 totals for our immediate team of 5 boats (only 1 boat got here early enough to get in the water) was 14 rescues.

Isn't starting multiple threads about the same subject against the tos? You best to respond to the first thread you started. Posting links to Facebook is pointless, especially for those that aren't members of it.

Here's a link to your first thread, in case you are having trouble finding it. I suggest you read it from page 1:

Mornin Capt Nate. Great job you are doing. Out of curiosity, Do have have a exact or fairly good estimate on the dollar amount total people have donated and how you have spent that money so far?

Or an open checkbook, which ever you find more convenient.

This would be the second time.

His first round of "Rod Slinging" is part of the problem here.

Personally, I enjoy the live feed. You get to hear how after Nate's trailer tire blew, he went out and bought a complete new set of tires!! Or, after Tom gives the non-profit's donation site, Nate chimes in with his own site for good measure.

TBO, if I were a charter captain and didn't have anything else better to do in the off-season, I too would probably do the same and use excess donation funds to live off of, fix the trailer or the boat, etc...

Why should the CEO's of Red Cross and other charities be able to make a living off disaters and not private individuals? IMO, the individuals are much more efficient distributing aid than the big boys.
