He can't make or receive calls but somehow you got all of this info? I would imagine that the Army/Guard would be a lot more receptive to him straightening this out instead of daddy.

If you know what unit he is assigned to, call that units staff duty to get the number to their s8 office, explain the situation & they should get him in there to get him straightened out.

Thanks Acme. I hope your son gets to put his life on the line with no compensation. He gets about 30 seconds a night to call and cant leave a call back #.

.... there is an entire process for this, It's called the chain of command and parents aren't involved.

File claim to Admin, then run it up until it gets fixed. plt sgt, plt comannder, CO etc.

He will get paid, eventually. It can take a while to cut through all the red tape. My son is also Army Guard, but is on a temp assignment with active Army before heading to flight school. It took several months to get his paycheck sorted out. No specific recommendation, but persistence is the key here.
