Default No caffeine

I have not had caffeine for around 40 years, I drink nothing but decaf every thing. Yes Chocolate has some caffeine and the things do also. I discovered that my body could not tolerate caffeine, even in coffee or tea, and then going out and exercising. Beer is good, thank heavens that alcohol does not bother me, LOL

I tried this stuff you put in water called "ZipFizz" You put a vial of it in a bottle of water, it's called an "energy drink" . I didn't care for the stuff. I don't drink any of that chit, I drink a LOT of coffee and a LOT of water, ALL day.

My BP is absolutely perfect , but the odd thing is, my Glucose levels are ALWAYS at the high end of the "acceptable range" as is my Cholesterol.

Saw this new energy drink at a biker ride Sunday. Had a sample.
Sweet with a tangy after taste

In college we would go to the Big Lots next to campus and pick up an assortment of "Steven Seagal's Kick Ass Energy Drink" and Hooters energy drink for 69c each.

I don't even want to know what was in them, but Red Bull and Monster was for rich people, which we weren't.

I stay away from them now, but occasionally I'll have a Monster Blue while driving late at night (usually to Cleveland) in the event Flying J's Ultra Jet Fuel Dark Roast doesn't make the rumble strips go away. Or if friends want to go out on a Friday night I'll down an anticipatory Monster on the way home from work so I can make it.

I don't know what it is about Friday nights, but by 7 I am DONE.

I had couple of Red Bull driving cross-country once... and broke into red rashes. Coffee for me now.

Years ago, i heard about a new mixed drink- red bull and vodka. I now have grown to call them "i will have a douche bag please"

anyway, I kinda liked the taste and over the course of the evening-night-early morning i bet i had 6 big ones. Mind you, i had never had an energy drink b4

tried to go to bed and my heart was trying to pound out of my chest. was crazy border line panic attack
